Mission Statement

We are committed to develop and promote an awareness and appreciation for our local natural and cultural resources, through responsible outdoor leisure activities, for the benefit for future conservation and sustainable eco-tourism in our area, combined with friendly service and good hospitality.

    

  Vuna Valley Ventures, is a Birder Friendly establishment, only a five minute drive from Port Edward and the Beach. This special spot is situated 50 metres from the entrance of the Umtumvuna Nature Reserve and River which borders the Wild Coast, making it the ideal destination to enjoy an up close view of nature, combined with a host of responsible outdoor activities.

          

We have created a relaxed friendly environment with a "Bush with comfort" design. Our rooms are all ensuite, air conditioned, with seperate entrances and covered patios and serviced each day. Breakfast and meals on request are served in our communal lounge / dining room, hosted by ourselves, Terry and Dave Doveton. Guests may self cater using the communal braai facilities on the entertainment patio, with all cutlery, crockery supplied. Guests need only bring their own beach towels.
