Vuna Valley Ventures is situated within a 50 meter stroll of the Umtamvuna river and nature reserve—the river offers various types of watersports.

The nature reserve offers 7 pristine hiking trails,1250 species of trees, bushes, shrubs and ferns and is also home to 259 bird species.

Within a 10 min drive you will find the best swimming beaches on the coast—offering  great surfing. Deep sea fishing as well as scuba diving.

The lower south coast is also home to various agricultural enterprises such as banana/coffee and macadamia nut farming.

A little further afield and no more than an hours drive you will find the fabulous Oribi Gorge offering a number of adventure activities pictures.

With a little more time on your hands and typically a week end off one can get to Durban or the southern Drakensberg  and experience all that is on offer pictures
